I've always been intrigued with Victorian Era wooden cat figures... the ones that were painted to look like 3D, but were actually cut from a flat panel of wood. I've taken that many steps further by adding extremely detailed props and costuming.
Each vignette is a one-of-a-kind creation. Wood shapes are hand cut, then the scene comes to life with found objects as well as handcrafted props.
The vignettes tell stories, each one unique.
